About the Road to 100
We are pleased to share the Road to 100, Garden School’s new strategic plan adopted in January of 2021. This is a multi-year plan which details how we intend to refine, grow, and invest while securing and reinforcing the attributes and programs that have always made Garden School one of the finest places to learn and work.
The plan includes overarching goals accompanied by 100 key strategies that we plan to undertake over the next several years. The Road to 100 strategically addresses four broad areas:
- Academic & Enrichment Spaces
- Campus Improvements & Learning Spaces
- Community Engagement
- Financial Sustainability
The ambitious framework details how we expect to navigate the next several years as we approach the school’s centennial. Over the course of the winter, we held six orientation webinars for families, faculty, and alumni.
