GARDEN SCHOOL KINDNESS IN ACTION!
At Morning Meeting, Garden School’s Lisa Sohmer, Chair of the Character Program Committee, presented a donation raised during our last Jeans Day to the Jackson Heights Beautification Group member, Evie McKenna (Martin Rabot ’14).
We are delighted that the JHBG is passing this donation along to the Lion’s Share Food Pantry, an organization dedicated to feeding those in need in our neighborhood.
Thank you to Rebecca Bish, mother of Sven (class of 2029!) and Ray Hoerle from St. Mark’s Church in Jackson Heights for coming to represent the Food Pantry.
